Notelove is a non-profit that gives free music lessons to youth in the Bay Area. Our intention is to encourage participation in performing arts, which is often glossed over or underfunded. About Us Notelove aims to encourage participation in the performing arts through free, student-led music lessons . Our team of talented student musicians operates across California, Massachusetts, and Texas. Learning music helps build important skills like perseverance, cooperation, and a strong work ethic. But it can be expensive to pursue a musical education : private teachers typically charge $50-$150 per hour, and school programs can cost hundreds of dollars per student annually. Thus, Notelove was founded! We’re 100% student-run, and dedicated to ensuring every student has access to affordable, high-quality music lessons.
